Lindenbrau am Potsdamer Platz in Berlin

We liked the quaint restaurant. The food (pork knuckle) also tasted good to my husband and the home-brewed beer was drinkable. The service was very friendly. The prices are reasonable, there is even a nice beer garden. For this tourist location in the Sony Center, I did not expect it to be so good.

Nice location and atmosphere – the food was pretty good not amazing

I had tourist "mass processing" and was taught better. The food is super good and no matter how full it is, I never had to wait long. The kitchen is very well organized. The service is also very nice and courteous. I've been here 20 times and I've never been disappointed. I can always recommend it if you feel like home cooking. Would come back again and again!

Great traditional German food, wonderful beer, friendly and fast service, nice view.

Nice atmosphere in the Bavarian beer garden style, prices normal, portions could be a bit bigger in places. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

Great food, beer and service

I've never seen a fried fish with such a thick breading. The staff is warm and courteous. The Corona rules are well implemented and adhered to. You have to see it in relation and that's why you can say for Berlin that it is a decent shop where you can go for lunch, for example. But it remains Berlin and except at Nuremberg Airport such a restaurant would probably not have a chance anywhere else.

Discovered by chance because the menu of the day said liver with onions ;-) The food was great and so were the waiters. Always ready for jokes, we noticed on our second visit. There was also nothing to complain about about the food. When we come back to Berlin, a meal in the Lindenbräu will also be on our plan !!

Unfortunately I can't give 5 stars because food was not so great, but we really enjoyed the location and the service

Beer is pretty alright. Prices are ok for the part of Berlin it's in. Food was alright but nothing super special.

We sat outside for lunch and enjoyed some delicious food and beer. The staff was wonderful and accommodating.

The service is quick and courteous. Good beer eatery with a Bavarian menu. Not a gourmet restaurant. We have been here many times and will definitely be back

If you don't like beer, the homemade limo taste very good too. There are some plates for vegetarians but the menu is mostly traditional meat based. We were there daytime on a Wednesday, was rather quiet, service was quick that time.

Nice place good service but bad food.

We were there last night and chose a nice spot outside. When we sat down there, no attention was paid to us. Although other tables were cleared and served. Unfortunately very inattentive that is a shame. We sat there for about 10-15 minutes and then left. Unfortunately we cannot judge the food. Perhaps there should be further training on the service. But still think that you could have eaten deliciously there and sit in a nice atmosphere.

Nice restaurant, located under the glass roof of Potsdamer Platz. The prices are very good, around 13-14 € for a main course, 4 € for a large drink. The servers are smiling and helpful, except for one, who also served us. Gesim made no effort to understand, spoke in broken words, turned his face and tossed the dishes on the table. Too bad, he alone removes a star! Lamantable. Otherwise great atmosphere just don't stumble upon this server.

Great service from Jacqueline !!! Unfortunately the food in my case the goulash was lukewarm on the outside and cold on the inside. When I pointed it out, it was taken away and brought back to me about 3 minutes later. This time it was a little warmer but still not hot. Probably warmed up in the microwave for 1 minute. Unfortunately not so great when it comes to culinary delights. Otherwise, the location and, as mentioned, the waitress Jaqueline is great.

I was there for champions league final bayern munich and PSG, 1liter local beer is recommended, and also Schweinshaxe was one of the best in Berlin, Enough for 2 persons, it was crispy and inside was so tender , it comes with sides and a n amazing sauce yhat make the portion super delicious. I will go there again.

Great knuckle and very helpful and nice staff. The beer is obviously not far behind. Really recommended for both food and very good location, in fact it is located at Potsdamer Platz, inside the Sony Center.

Great old German restaurant. in an exquisite location. Food is very good. Large selection of beers. Outdoor spaces can also be used in bad weather because it is located under the impressive tent roof of the Sony Center

Good bavarian schweinhaxn in town... not so many options in berlin for southern cousine. Unfortunately the imax across the main hall is now closed. Also good beer alternative for the common pilsener types you find everywhere in this region

Good experience, affordable and definitely recommended

We have rarely eaten so well from the starter to the main course and dessert. The service was incredibly nice and courteous. We will definitely recommend the restaurant and of course we will come again. The Kaiserschmarrn is highly recommended.

The waiter Robert is reality Rude And impolite, I work in the industry as well so I know how it works. I asked for Geflügelsalat and i paid for one before getting it , I received 2 diferente dishes and unbelievable the food runner doesn’t speak English in Berlin the capital of Germany. I told them this is not the dish That I’ve ordered and I order one, no one came to remove the dishes , after 10 minutes I start eating it cause I was in a hurry andRobert came and remove the dish while I was eating and I have even paid🤣 Honestly the manager should speak with this type of waiter because , he just cares about the tips no the service🤣 I don’t come back to this place in spite of is a good place

extraordinary galactically delicious beer

Not bad pub with traditional German cousin. I recommend to walk there by foot from the Potsdamer Platz station. It’s situated in the Sony center with interesting architecture, that is somewhat different from the Berlin tradition. You should try a curry wurst with a beer for a typical German taste.

Lunch just arrived in Berlin. Light start, as they say. Sausages, sauerkraut, potatoes, beer. All excellent, even the pretzels. Quick and courteous service.

Cozy place, where our aperitif with a meter of beer turned into dinner. Good spätzle with cheese. Large portions and average prices.

3 floors. There are many people, but there are enough places. There are tables for 2-3 people. The beer is great. Like Berliner and Busle. In the meter of beer there are 4 sorts of 2 glasses each. The portions are large. He took goulash - ate enough, and then a set of sausages arrived in time. No need to get excited, ate, not enough - added, because cook fast. All together with beer 35 E. In short, all of the above can be taken for two.

Delicious beer, friendly staff. A tad more expensive than your usual Kneipe, but then it's very touristic and in a very fancy part of the city. Beautiful Alps decor in the back room.

Tastefull German dishes! I love it! It’s a fine combination of delicate “sauerkraut” and several sorts of meat and sausages. But also the cuisine offers lovely cheese dishes. The establishment is welcoming you from the moment you enter. The people are very friendly, the beer is good and the price is quit affordable.

Great food and drink but service can be lacking

This is a noisy place but food..beer and service were good. Nice views if you are by a window.

For a super touristy place in a tourist hotspot, this restaurant is pretty good. Good and friendly service and good food. And a great look over Potsdamer Platz. Especially in the two upper floors. Can recommend.

The most terrible service I have experienced in Berlin. And garbage food. I probably ate the worst soup in my life. Beer is not bad but it's far from being good.
